INTRUST Bank Arena Announces Three Promotions
INTRUST Bank Arena is excited to announce three promotions among its full time employees. Ben Feekes, Lyndsey Cook and Samantha Faley have all received promotions, ASM Global announced today.
“Ben, Lyndsey and Sam are all extremely valuable members of our team at INTRUST Bank Arena,” commented AJ Boleski, ASM Global General Manager. “We’re proud to announce the promotions of these three individuals as a result of their dedication to our facility and commitment to each of their positions. They have each excelled in their respective roles and have played an instrumental part in the success of our arena during their time here.”
Ben Feekes has been promoted to Senior Accounting Manager within the Finance department. Feekes joined the INTRUST Bank Arena team in 2010 as a Staff Accountant, and in 2017, was promoted to Accounting Manager. Playing an instrumental role in the success of the finance team, Ben’s main responsibilities include being the lead on half of the event settlements at INTRUST Bank Arena as well as the Orpheum Theater, leading financial review meetings, reviewing event contracts, maintaining compliancy with music-licensing organizations and managing the invoicing of community events, sponsors and premium seat holders.
Lyndsey Cook has been promoted to Marketing & Booking Manager within the Marketing department. Prior to this promotion, Cook most recently served as the Arena’s Marketing Manager since 2018. Cook first began with INTRUST Bank Arena as a Marketing Intern in 2017 and joined the team full-time as Marketing & Group Sales Coordinator in April 2018. In her new role, Lyndsey will continue to take the lead on working with event promoters on the marketing and promotion of INTRUST Bank Arena events while also assisting with booking initiatives including compiling marketing research and creative pitches for prospective artists and events, assisting in updating and managing the Arena’s booking calendar, and creating and executing backstage experiences, welcome signage and related items in an effort to increase the overall number of concerts and events for INTRUST Bank Arena.
Samantha Faley has been promoted to Senior Accountant within the Finance department. Prior to this promotion, Faley served as the Arena’s Payroll & Payables Accountant since June 2018. In her new role, Faley will maintain the responsibilities of payroll, payables and maintaining compliancy with SMG Marketplace while also taking on the duties of supervising a part-time accounting clerk and serving as the lead on event settlements for INTRUST Bank Arena.
