SMG Announces Promotion of Heath Adams to Senior Manager of Technology at INTRUST Bank Arena

INTRUST Bank Arena, an SMG managed facility, is excited to announce that Heath Adams has been promoted from Information Technology Manager to Senior Manager of Technology, a newly created position.

With over 19 years of experience in many aspects of the Information Technology field, Adams is well versed in computer troubleshooting and repair, server administration, network design and implementation, as well as end user training.

Heath joined the SMG team in 2015 as the Information Technology Manager at INTRUST Bank Arena. Adams is directly responsible for all aspects of information technology, including telecommunications, network and server administration, camera and access systems, and product research and purchasing. He also played a crucial role in designing, planning and implementing the arena’s network upgrade that provided public wireless internet access for all patrons.

As the Senior Manager of Technology, he will continue to oversee the operations of the information technology, telecommunications, and broadcast services. In his new position he will also manage day to day department operations including supervising contractual technicians and stagehands, event technical production, budgeting and maintenance of various technical systems, and all audio-visual aspects throughout the building.
