SMG Announces Ryan Scherer as Operations Supervisor at INTRUST Bank Arena

The SMG-managed INTRUST Bank Arena is excited to announce a new hire in the Operations Department.

Ryan Scherer joined the Operations Department as Operations Supervisor on Feb. 13. Prior to joining the INTRUST Bank Arena team, Ryan served as Operations Manager for the Wichita Sports Forum. Ryan’s responsibilities as Operation Supervisor will include hands-on facility maintenance, leading building changeovers from event to event and assisting with daily operation needs. Scherer graduated from Wichita State University with a degree in Sports Management.

“We’re excited to add Ryan to our Operations Department as well as the SMG team at INTRUST Bank Arena,” commented SMG General Manager, A.J. Boleski. “He brings valuable knowledge and skills from his previous work experience and I know he will be a great addition to our full-time staff.”
