INTRUST Bank Arena Ticket Information

The Select-A-Seat Box Office at INTRUST Bank Arena is the only official authorized ticketing agency for INTRUST Bank Arena events and is located on the southwest corner of INTRUST Bank Arena, near the intersection of Waterman & Emporia. 15-minute parking for customers is available in the arena parking lot off Waterman Street.

INTRUST Bank Arena is not able to honor, replace or refund any invalid tickets. Customers with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase valid tickets at the Select-A-Seat Box Office at INTRUST Bank Arena – seating location and price are based upon availability.

Saturday - Sunday: Closed*
*Box Office will open at 12 PM on INTRUST Bank Arena Event Days that occur Saturday or Sunday.

Will Call is located at the Select-A-Seat Box Office at INTRUST Bank Arena on the southwest corner of INTRUST Bank Arena, near the intersection of Waterman & Emporia. Patrons must present a valid photo ID when picking up tickets. 

For ticket on sales, fans will not be permitted to begin lining up at the Select-A-Seat Box Office at INTRUST Bank Arena until 7:00 a.m. Camping out is not necessary and is not permitted. Once the Box Office opens at 10:00 a.m., guests in line will be accommodated in the order in which they arrived.
