Alcohol Compliance Team
Watchful of guests’ alcohol consumption and looking out for underage drinking.
Bartender
Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, basic knowledge of bartending and food service. Responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.
Changeover Crew
Under general supervision performs work as needed to clean, maintain, and prepare for events at the facility. Duties include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion.
Club/Loge Server
Sales and service of Food and Beverage to guests. Presents guest with bill and processes of cashless payment correctly. Must be able to pass background/credit check. Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Concession Cashier
Position may work within a concession stand or concession portable. Requires flexibility in location, welcoming and positive attitude, ability to service customers with a friendly demeanor, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for operation, responsible for accurate accounting of transactions; and inventory controls at assigned location.
Concession Cook
Deliver and prepare a variety of high-quality products that include burgers, chicken tenders, fries, hotdogs, and prepared BBQ meats. Requires good customer service skills, positive attitude, knowledge of food service and food preparation.
Concession Supervisor
Position requires an individual to have supervisory skills, customer service skills, positive attitude, knowledge of food preparation, oversee all areas in preparing location and area for day-to-day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.
Guest Experience Parking Attendant
Under general supervision of the Guest Experience Parking Supervisor, Coordinator or Manager. The attendant will assist with controlling and monitoring all parking and traffic within the parking lots.
Guest Experience Representative
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Assignments will vary and may be rotated to meet the needs of each event.
Premium Seating/Catering Bartender
This position requires an individual to have high-level customer service skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of bartending and food service. Responsibilities include accurate accounting of all transactions and assisting with location inventory controls.
Premium Seating/Catering Runner
This position requires efficient, quality guest service while maintaining a high energy level and positive attitude.
Premium Seating/Catering Server
This position involves the sales and service of food and beverages to guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests and co-workers with point of sale and order fulfillment. Regular attendance and adherence to policies established by the Food & Beverage Department are essential for the successful performance of this position.
Stagehand
Responsible for assisting with the assembling, disassembling and operation of stage equipment during a production.
Ticket Specialist Supervisor
Supervise part-time ticketing specialists at INTRUST Bank Arena and other venues in accordance with ASM Global policies and applicable laws. Must be able to workday-time schedule and some evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing the work of part-time staff. Address complaints and resolve problems with the direction of box office management.
Warehouse Runner
Transfer and deliver product to appropriate locations maintaining proper inventory counts going out of and coming into the warehouse.
